Does ResponseVault work inside Procore?
Yes. Add it from the Procore App Marketplace. Your team can view submissions inside Procore without opening another tab or signing in again, and form fields can pull projects and vendors from your Procore account.
Do people need an account to fill out a form?
No. Share a link to the form by email or text, and anyone with the link can submit it. This works well for subcontractors and vendors who don't use your systems.
What files can ResponseVault turn into a form?
Upload a PDF, an image (PNG, JPG, or GIF), or a Markdown file, and ResponseVault builds a first draft of the form. If your form lives in Word or Excel, send us the file and our team will convert it.
Can we connect systems other than Procore?
Yes. ResponseVault can send data to anything that reads a CSV or spreadsheet, or that has a web API. Webhooks fire when a response is created, updated, or deleted, and the REST API returns responses with filters for dates and metadata.
What if we need a field type you don't have?
Tell us about it. ResponseVault has more than 16 field types, and if the one you need isn't there, we'll build it.
